What this service is

Pecunie is software for organising personal trading decisions. It is not investment advice, and it is not a brokerage. See the disclaimer for the full statement — it forms part of these terms.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • One person or entity per account.

Your data

Plans, positions and journal entries you create belong to you. We store them to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or circumvent rate limits.
  • Do not redistribute market data obtained through the service in breach of the data provider's terms.
  • Do not use the service to provide investment advice to others.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of availability or accuracy. Features may change. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pecunie is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Your trading decisions and their outcomes are your own.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
