What we store

• Account details — your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Your trading records — risk profile, watchlists, plans, positions, fills, stop adjustments and journal entries. This is the content of the product.
• Operational logs — request logs and error reports used to keep the service running and diagnose faults.

Why we store it

To provide the service: your plans and positions have to persist for the product to be useful, and your risk profile is required to size anything. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your trading records to build advertising profiles.

Journal entries

Journal entries are private to your account and may contain personal reflection. They are treated as your content, not as material for analysis beyond the features you use in the product.

Retention

Your records are kept while your account is open. On deletion, account data is removed; operational logs may persist for a limited period before expiring.

Your choices

• Export or delete your account data on request.
• Correct your account details at any time in settings.

Third parties

Market data is obtained from a third-party provider. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share your trading records with third parties for their own purposes.
