This is position cost divided by account equity, expressed as a percentage — a read on concentration, not risk. A position can be a large percentage of equity with a small dollar risk on a tight stop, or a small percentage with a large dollar risk on a wide stop, so this figure is read alongside dollar risk rather than in place of it.
