Fractional Kelly scales the raw Kelly figure down — this product uses one quarter — because full Kelly's growth-optimal sizing comes with drawdowns most people can't sit through, even though it's mathematically optimal for pure long-run growth. It only appears once you have at least 30 closed, plan-linked trades, since Kelly's inputs are unreliable on a small sample.
